We ship all over South Africa. Door to door shipments within South Africa usually take 2 – 3 working days to reach you.

Standard Shipping door to door: R100.00 per order. FREE for orders over R800.00 to most addresses in South Africa. There are a few remote or hard to reach addresses which attract a surcharge from our couriers, but we will contact you for an alternative if this is the case. Please ensure that your physical address is accurate and that you are available to accept delivery during working hours. Please do not use your postal address, as the courier cannot deliver to a post box. Keynote Remedies will not be held responsible if your address is not accurate or your are not available to sign for your parcel. If somebody else accepts your parcel on your behalf, please ensure that they have the right to do so. This option is dispatched with 48 hours (unless it is our large kit which requires a week lead time, not counting weekends or public holidays

Pudo: “PUDO” means Pick Up Drop Off, a division of The Courier Guy (Pty) Ltd. R60.00 is charged for this option. Please check here to see if you have a locker near you. This service is currently R60 a parcel (all sizes), and parcels are only dispatched once a week. Arrival in your preferred locker is usually 2-3 working days after dispatch. Please ensure that you mention your preferred locker location in the additional ‘Delivery Info’ box when checking out, otherwise your parcel will be sent to the closest available locker to your shipping address.
